First Successful Smoke With My New Hookah!

Recommended Posts

Hey gang! Last night I got some friends together to try out my new Mya Bambino (plus a medium phunnel bowl), and it was quite the blast! One guy stayed for only about 45 minutes and went in because it was cold (came out later for a bit more), and a girl friend came out and joined another fellow and I about an hour or so into it as well. All together, I think the session lasted about 3-3 1/2 hours, the longest I've ever gone! I do have a question for you all though: In a longer session such as this, how many coals do you usually go through? I was using Golden Coal quick lights, and I probably needed somewhere around 8 (always used 2 at a time).

How was the smoke with 2 coals? Im having a bbq with people this friday and I am using the med phunnel and was debating between 2 vs 3 coals. I also have Golden coals...

Sorry for the late reply. The two coals worked fine for me. Plenty of smoke, but never got too hot. I would recommend two coals to be honest, I think three would make for a harsh smoke.
