foxxy
Hi, i'm kinda new to this whole hookah thing and I was wondering (sorry but you may think this is a dumb question - but i gotta ask), do the starbuzz cocktail type flavours actually contain alcohol or am i right in thinking that they're just flavourings? Also, could someone recommend me some great flavours of AF and Starbuzz to start off with. Thanks
noca$h
Nopers, all glycerin/molasses/flavoring. No akkahol at all.And for AF I would recommend Mint and for Starbuzz, Blue Mist.
Bulldog_916
I second the blue mist and raise you a AF watermelon. Very sweet flavor.
Voski
AF peach!!
ryno
For AF I'd suggest Orange, Watermelon, Cherry and Mint. You can mix any combo of those, including all of them, and have a good bowl. My favorite part about AF besides the massive clouds, is how well many of its flavors mix together

Hojo
AF MintAF CinnamonAF Grape (it's a crap shoot. You might get a great batch, you might get rotten ketchup. Totally worth it if you can get a good one)Some people love AF Watermelon. I clearly do not get it, as it tastes like perfume.
foxxy
Also, on the regular egyptian bowl that came with my Mya Vortex from H-S, am I right in thinking that 2 coconaras is enough? Also, how tightly should I pack AF in there?thanks
noca$h
I would say 2 cocos should be fine, sans a windcover. If it starts hitting harsh take a coal off, and if you have a windcover throw it on.You dont want to pack it so much as take a pinch of shisha and kinda sprinkle it in the bowl and then tap it down a tad so that it wont touch the foil. The reason being is because if you pack it down tight you'll clog the bowl holes, you wont get airflow, and you wont get smoke; and noone likes that. staygone
What kind of alcohol? The natural flavors that they add could be, and glycerin is a sugar alcohol. As for ethanol, most likely not.I liked Starbuzz blueberry, haven't had it in a while though. -QM Edited October 7, 2008 by QuiltedMaple
