so I added two Djarum Blacks to about fifty grams of cardamon and I am letting it sit for a week does any one know if this will make the shisha have a clove taste or will it just be crap?

Blacks and other clove cigs have clove mixed in with the tobacco. Its not only flavoring like hookah. The mix is something like 30% cloves to 70% tobacco. i was reading about them on the internet the other day because i smoked a bunch at a party that night and then got curious about later when i got home.

not sure on how it will taste once mixed with shisha. I guess if it didnt burn then it could make for some interesting mixes if you put it with the right flavors. Be sure to keep us updated once you smoke it..

I'm not sure, but cloves may need more direct heat to burn properly... in djarums they're ground up pretty fine to burn with direct heat I think, but if they're only near a coal they may simply not burn. Not impossible that they'll impart some flavor to the shisha though. Worst case scenario you just don't notice any difference I guess.

you can also put one in your purge valve and light it. If everything works out according to my theory you will draw smoke from your bowl and smoke from the djarum. If my theory fails you will just hit the djarum and it will be horrabad.

Dude, one time we wanted a little minty flavor added to our shisha so we decided to add a camel menthol to the blend and let me tell you that could be the worst bowl I have ever smoked. So I'm not sure how well it will work for you, but good luck anyhow.
