When I first saw it, I thought that it wasn't small enough.... but I've changed my mind. It's perfectly small.Heat management: I just basically use 1 less coal than I would on my medium Phunnel, and throw the wind cover on earlier. Haven't had anything burn yet except AF Pineapple, but that's a finicky flavor anyways.Longevity of smoke: I've had a bowl of Nakhla DA last 3 or 4 hours in my medium. Dropped them on the mini, rotated and flipped about 5 minutes in. Added the windcover about 15 minutes in.
