Soex Observations

My buddies and I tried some soex yesterday. The Mixed fruit, it was quite good. We got it to last anywhere from 35-45 minutes. With consistent taste. One MAJOR thing that I noticed was the bowl after the session was not so hot, nor was the "shisha". Why could this be??
Even though smoke is smoke, The herbal may not be the best tasting to some people, but It is PROBALEY healthier due to the fact no tobacco is present. What are your guy's health views of the herbal??? Other than the fact you may not like the taste......
My friends lungs didnt feel so tight after session.

My lungs generally feel fine after a hookah session. I don't quite know what you mean by tight but if you like it more, then do it.

On the "healthier" aspect, I don't know. You're still smoking so it's still not healthy. That being said, I see no real reason to smoke herbal shisha vs. tobacco. At least with tobacco, you know what you're getting into. What exactly is the "herb" in herbal? ***Not an NHT reference, just questioning what the hell is in that stuff.***

my observations: packed the bowl, put the coals on, had a few drags, almost gagged, put a bowl of regular baccy on before the coals were gone. maybe it's an acquired taste, but i just tossed the 3 boxes that I had, not willing to put up with the putrid aftertaste.

That stuff is just fake shisha. I'm pretty sure it is a loophole so that teens can get into hookah bars, since it isn't tobacco. This being said, there is no reason to smoke it if you are 18 or older... especially in the privacy of your own home. That stuff is really gross. I had some, and then looked into it because I wanted to know what was up. Oh, and a 35-45 min bowl is not good. You should get at least 45 to an hour with the real stuff. ^.^

Dont talk ALL shit about herbal. Black Label is pretty damn good according to most who have smoked it.

The bar that i usually go to has only soex. Due to NY legal ramifications, they can only provide soex. There are tastier brands out there, but for the climate of that situation, it's fine, tastes good, smokes well, and 0 nicotine for those concerned.

In your own privacy is different, i'm an Al fakher supporter all the way and haven't even considered buying soex for myself.

I like the buzz I get from tobacco thankyouverymuch. At least we have some grasp at the health concerns with tobacco, we know none whatsoever with sugarcane, etc.

as someone who has in the past as im sure some of the people here know resorted to soex when baccy shisha wasnt available, its better than smoking nothing at least some of it is.

my opinion is its worse for you because the "stalk" used is actually known to cause lung decease and even though baccy also is at least we know more about the risks

as for length of a bowl 45 mins is about right with soex but thats terrible ive had a standard egyptian clay that comes with a km last for more or less 5 hours with people on this forum whitnessing and thats less "im the best smoker" but more proving its a higher standard of smoke than soex

i am REALLY interested to try black label not because it may be healthier but because it sounds really interesting

when i bought my hookah i also got a ten shot pack of black label. They were alright, the flavors tasted pretty weak though compared to regular stuff.
