Hookahaddict, who is apparently in China, asked his mother visiting here in the US to order the "how to start a business" hardcopy from hookahbusiness.com.
They sent him crap. He's trying to figure out what to do now as he is out 50 bucks. They wont return his e-mails and they list no phone number. So I was trying to help him track down the schmucks...
