The Hookah International Shipping

Hello all,

I ordered a KM hookah, AF shisha, coco nara coals and a medium phunnel bowl from thehookah last week. I paid for it on thursday 16/10, and the packet was accepted at the glendale post office on 21/10. So far there has been no update when I want to track my order. I especially paid extra to have it shipped asap, I'm using USPS Global Express Mail, and I paid 80 dollars to have it shipped to Belgium. They said it would take 3 to 5 days to get here. I don't know what's wrong. Does USPS supports tracking information for international order? Anyone has any idea when it will arive? I really need it before 30/10.

Another thing I was not happy about, is that thehookah changed my order. They changed three flavors of AF shisha (rose, cocktail and peach for orange, grenadine and apricot). They said it was for my own good, to speed up shipping. I do not consider this normal...

USPS doesn't support tracking after it leaves the states. 3-5 days is really fast. maybe a few more days. Hopefully. Ordered from thehookah once same thing happened to me. I don't order from them anymore.

USPS tracking is garbage. so is Canada Post tracking.
it doesn't get updated as often as Fedex or UPS.

Yeah I know 3-5 days is short, but It was 65 dollars to have it shipped within 6 to 10 days, so I paid 15 dollars extra to have it shipped within 3-5 days.

whenever i tried to checkout, most of the time it's only a 4 to 5 dollar difference between the usps priority and the ems shipping. I had a great experience with thehookah, they sent my package out for shipping really fast.

my tracking with usps always ends with my items clearing customs. Then I have no idea where it is. Give it a couple more days and the package should reach your country.

First of all, they should still send you the flavors that you originally ordered. If they weren't in stock, I'd say that the ones they did send SHOULD be gratis.

Second of all, I bet the company sent it partial post through the USPS. It gets on a boat, they wait until the boat is full, then send it on a long journey to your house. That's why you can't track it in my opinion.

Bought a KM from thehookah a few months ago, shipped to sweden, choose express mail. Took a few days for USPS to pick it up. Once the package leaves with the plane your countrys postal service takes over (at least in sweden, i could track my order from the swedish postal service website). I dont think there is a need to worry, it took a little less than 2 weeks for my order to arrive.

Fantastic. I really worried about the shippingn but this is some fast shipping . The update I got before this said: 'on 22 october, your packet left the US from Los Angeles', and now this. I'm really pleased now with the postal service. It should be here on monday .

I'm not pleased with the fact they changed my order.. but I can't really blame them. I think I sent about 4 emails asking them to speed up everything as much as possible .

Just three more days and I'm the proud owner of a KM double pear.
