MrMoodz
That's quite a variety you have there. I am interested in hearing how the different cocount coals compare to one another.

I am interested in hearing how the different cocount coals compare to one another.just got the hc and ch ones today..when i just had coco's i had a real problem with them cracking...never had that problem with the starlights. the starlights light faster and ash more. they don't last as long as coco's but i think it's mainly because they're smaller in size. i'll gather more info on all of them as i try them. pullingteeth
ok so i've tried all four of the coconut coals now...the ch instant lights really are basically instant lighting...it bursts into flames and lights in less than a minute...and the burn for a good amount of time. the ash is weird... tapping my tongs didn't make it go off i had to push it off with the tongs. there wasn't any taste imparted...wasn't expecting any but i'd say to definitely make sure that all of the coating is burnt off before you start smoking thoughthe hc coconut coals are probably the best bargain. they took longer to light than coco's or starlights. don't have any exact numbers for how long they lasted but just guessing i'd say they last about 45 minutes to an hour. they did have a very odd smell while lighting that took a while to get rid of.cocos and starlights are about the same...other than the size (difference in time) and the starlights ash moreoverall i'd say the ch are the best instant lites i've ever used. and my personal favorite from the naturals would have to be starlights. beats coco's by the price and the hc coco's are alright but they didn't break as clean as i could've hoped...if anyone wants a more in depth review i'll probably do it when i have more time...hope this helps someone. but this is all just my personal opinion
