Stuck Smell

okay, so i was smoking some romman goodtimes, and i accidentally burned the sheit outta it. well, the smell is in everything. the stem, vase, bowl, hoses, and even the grommets. the smell is absolutely disgusting, and makes me gag even thinking about it. it makes me want to quit hookah. iv tried soaking everything in baking soda and water, but no luck. its horrible setup: mya qt mya hoses mya bowl. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks cam..edit: why wont it let me have break lines withen the post? Search "Cleaning" in the forum search. You will get plenty of topics. I personally use lemon juice and baking soda. Try letting it sit in the base for a while. If you can get vodka try using that. If you cant, you can use mouth wash.

if its stuck in the hose the only way out is to smoke other stronger flavors or get a new one.

the QT you will have to get a brush that you can bend and get inside the little parts inside where the brass is all bumpy and porous.

might take some scrubbing. vodka is also a good try, and beer too. both neutralize pretty well. maybe try vinegar too.

try some sprite and baking soda.. i clean my base that way. and slush the liduid around the base for a couple of times.

lemon juice with baking soda does miracles on qt's. also, take the qt apart and put it in the dishwasher, (take the grommet off of the base) and let it have at it. mya hoses are horrible when it comes to retaining flavors/odors, every time i use a mya hose on a new session the firt few pulls taste like the previous flavor that went through the hose, time does nothing. if you have an air compressor haha give it a few blasts with the air hose. you could also just buy a new and better hose

i have soaked everything in bakingsoda for hours. i cant get vodka, but i think ill pick up some lemon juice.

is the stock mya hose washable?

lemon and baking soda usually get most of the stuff out. for the metal and glass parts of the hookah use some dish soap and scrub it as well as you can then rinse well (should not have any soap smell left as long as you use something like dawn). smoking other flavors will mask it but the first time you burn something really bad seems to leave some smell no matter what, just a touch but some

You know what you should do? Get some AF Mint and AF Watermelon, and smoke a bowl through that hookah..it should get rid of the entire burnt smell.

hmmm, i should try that mix, that sounds pretty good, curse not having time to smoke for a few days (stupid jewelry project for school and a commissioned piece that needs work)
