roux58 Posted November 9, 2008 Author Share Posted November 9, 2008 Well I was living in Vancouver before and it was much easier to find good shisha but Victoria is a bit harder. Lounges are banned in Victoria too which sucks . I recommend coming here for a visit though, it's a beautiful province and lots of outdoorsy stuff to do if thats your thing.
