Extremly Long Shipping Time. Flat Rate Shipping.

Well on October 14, 2008 (Tuesday) I made an order from a vendor not allowed to be said here. Lets just call them CH. Well I ordered a KM 35" classic hookah, a small Chinese phunnel bowl, 3 250g tubs of AF shisha, and a box of their instant lite coals. When I received the receipt from the vendor, it says shipped on October 15, 2008. And if it matters, weighed 13.8 lbs. Well tomorrow will make 14 days and I still have not received the box. I was told that it was shipped with Flat Rate Shipping, but i didnt think it would take this long. And when i try to track my order with my label/receipt number, it says it cannot display this information. And now im getting worried about my package. Does shipping from California to Hawaii (Oahu) take this long? Should i wait for a few more days then complain to the Post Office? I dont blame the vendor because his job was just to make sure it went out in the mail.

While john may be banned here hes a good guy I went to his shop 2 weeks ago and talked to him for the limited time i had that day. Give him a call and ask if he can look into it for you. This is most likely a post office problem but if you alert him as to the problem and i'm sure he will do everything he can to help.

we email each other very often. at least once a day during the weekday. he would ask me if i received my package yet and i kindly tell him no and he shouldnt worry about it too much. he is a good guy. i know its not his fault in any way. he did what he was supposed to.
