AKammenzind
Cool for you UKers who want in on the trends I spose, heh. "DO NOT HOLD THE CHARCOAL IN YOUR HAND WHEN LIT! When the charcoal has been lit, do not handle it, as it will cause a burn." <- I got a kick out of that...
srawas89
I thought that everybody could buy from the coco nara website? O well at least you guys now have it over in the UK. Tho I would think that many of you already just buy from US companies in huge orders and include the cocos in there.
steeeeeeve
Uk smokers get raped again im telling you all the first person to open a shisha shop here with the same prices and products as somewhere like mn hookah will be a millionaire
the_cool
I don't think it's so much of a trend, but when you hear so many good things about a product you want to know whats it's like. Im finding it hard to find a decent coal in the UK, im sick of swift lite QL's, and the aboo alabed finger coals are a bit difficult to use when trying to ensure consistancy with each time you link a session. I got some "flame coal" jap coals which are made in china, they aint too good either! So trying cocos seems quite intersting right about now... steeeeeeve
Couldn't agree more! we may have limited flavor choice but its consistent the alo alabads (spelling bad) i got right now are over a year old bag because thats what the shop had (you can tell because there is no hole through the centre of the sticks) and next week ill probs have the newer ones again

The alabeds that is. I end up gettin really strong smoke, sometimes even coaly smoke. I usualy do two 1.5 inch peices and one 0.5 inch smaller peice in this shape /_\ if i scrap the small bit i get thin smoke! ok this thread is getting off topic. PM me steeeeeve when you use the new alabeds on ur KM (since i got a KM Exotica too )Back on topic, is this the only site to sell coco's in the uk? addicted2shisha
I have some coco-naras from HS and have been using them but i now have the problem of not being able to use any other charcoal... An expensive problem! A friend did consider ordering them in from germany in bulk which would be cheaper (not coco-nara though but similar charcoal made from the same things)But i guess we getting screwed all over now especially with the strength of the pound being so low! First off all we only have knock of Al fakher or el fakher and old and extremely overpriced nakhla. The only coal i have seen in Norway is 3 kings ql coal which cost 4 times as much as it costs in the US. You might get raped but we get gang raped
Kapten Kanel
Overpriced ftl. Cant UK people buy cocobrico from german hookah sites etc...? I have both and i must say that cocobrico wins the competition, cocobrico has slightly bigger cubes which i like and is ALOT cheaper, at least for me, i can get a 1kg pack of cocobrico for 5-6$ at a local place, that really shows how overpriced coconara is, my local place would obviosly not sell cocobrico for that price if they lose money on it Otherwise theres no difference, ashes, longetivity etc...Another thing, has anyone seen these coco-coals? http://www.vattenpipan.com/produkt.php?i=522 Edited February 7, 2009 by Kapten Kanel
Ebzen
Ye the prices in Norway are just plain silly. Esp. the shisha, or then atleast it used to be. I think its illegal nowadays actually, something to do with not having the right warning lables on the packs. Actually, one of the reasons I went into exile. Here in Finland the situation isn't much better tho. I've been able to track down natural coals in only 1 shop here in Helsinki, and I didn't even dare ask for the price when I saw they sold 250g AF for 30 euro (that's roughly $36).Oh well, I just get my stuff online then, either from the states or via friends in Egypt or Germany.OT: Does anyone know of a hookah shop in Helsinki? just a shop that sells shisha and perhaps even a brand hookah or two.
