Internet biz that ships international

Hi, does anyone know of the best way to get hookah products in korea???
i'm looking for a business that ships to korea for a good price. Are
there any businesses out of the middle east that are good? thanks for
any input.
the cheapest place i found was www.smoking-hookah.com but their int'l
shipping prices are listed as the same for US and international. how
can intl shipping be the same as u.s. shipping? here is what the site
says:

$7.5 on orders up to $15,
$10 on orders from $16 to $70, and
$12 on orders from $71 to $120, and
$15 on orders from $121 to 160, and
$25 on orders of $161 and over.
We do our best to deliver our products in a timely fashion,
