Tangiers Problems

So i tried my first shot an tangiers with horchata

I let it acclimate in the same room it would be smoked in for 6 hours (spread out a thin layer over foil, and stirred about every hour)

the smell got slightly stonger, i packed a bowl and its very thin and harsh w/ very little flavor

what could be wrong?


btw I am smoking out of a KM amoura and it is in a normal egyiptian (not enough coal for the phunnel and its raining so I dont wanna go get more)

I packed the bowl right to the rim and double foiled it, I am using 1 40mm 3 Kings

easiest solution:
grab the phunnel and more coal

what size phunnel...with my medium(labeled large, but I have a large labeled medium) I use three quicklight halves for heat...

not experienced in normal bowl tangiers
