Large Phunnel Too Big

Recommended Posts

I ordered a large phunnel bowl from H-S and its massive! I really didnt think about it when i ordered it. I remember reading on here about someone who made a insert that filled half of the bowl, but I cant seem to find the thread. Is there any other ways to fill the bowl besides quick clay? I guess I could use foil temporarily.

Would there be a problem with only using half the bowl with an insert on the other side? Lastly how long can I leave a unfinished bowl sit out and still be able to use it again? I smoked a bowl of AF mint last night and i couldnt finish it all after to much jack and coke lol

I dont want to sell it because I like it when I have more then 1 person smoking out of it. I wouldnt have made this thread if I was just going to sell it

...But you did make a thread in order to "fix" an issue concerning a big bowl. Selling it and buying a smaller one would solve your issue, but if you want to experiment, the insert idea looked pretty neat.

The best bet though would be to just get a smaller phunnel.

ive put foil in the bottom of my small so i didnt have to use as much and it worked fine. metal (copper, brass, aluminum but i would shy from steel and dont think about anything that is zinc or has zinc in the alloy), glass or natural clay will work to fill space.

i have a friend that would pack just half of it like to one side and it worked fine didnt even fill the other side some times, i think she packed it full of foil some times.

im going to try later really under packing my small and see how it works with out a mod, i think you should be able to get away with less heat and save shisha but i will see
