AKA
My only question is why? Why does Al Fakher use red dye so much?
modisess
i think it's for appearance purposes mostly..it's either that the molasses they use already has red dye in it, or maybe that the red dye has the flavors in it..
gothookahs.com
I would imagine its from the extracts they use.
AKammenzind
I don't mind AF's dye so much. It's not as ridiculous as some other brands, and doesn't seem to affect anything other than the shisha's appearance. I'm hardly and AF expert though, as I've only had maybe a half dozen flavors. SmokeyWhit
Yeah always wondered why the AF mint came in RED of all flavors. Does the blueberry and banana come in red too? lol
Codename067
Meh. Most of AF's flavors are red dyed.
Sonthert
Who knows. They do use it, and by design, it probably is for appearance sake. Some people still believe they use real fruit in making it. HA! Poppycock. They use synthetic flavors (that are by and large not red). Artificial coloring is only added at the end of a manufacturing process, otherwise it makes a mess.
