Hookah Suggestions

Hey there-

I am looking to buy a hookah for my boyfriend for Christmas. Just this year was I introduced to the hookah so I don't know much about them. It would mostly be used with multiple people, but multiple hoses isn't necessary. I am looking to spend no more than $150 (but obviously, spending less is ok with me!) If you have any suggestions to lead me in the right direction...please advise!

I bought my girlfriend a Mya QT. You can usually get them for a very good price (im an extremely poor college kid, so thats crucial) and they come with everything you need but foil, shisha and coals. They're also very durable and don't take up much space.

pretty much any Khalil mamoon (KM), magdy zidan (MZ) or mya will do you good. i would say Mya just becuase if you arent really into it yet, you might not like all the traditional welds and handmade bases on the KM and MZ. mya are more modern. oh and you can get those hookahs with up to 4 hoses i believe or with 1.

If I were in your position, I would be making this order:

MYA QT OR MYA Bambino (whichever you prefer)

Then I would get a phunnel bowl, Starlight Coconut Coals, and a Nammor/Razan Hose

A lot of people are going to say KM, but honestly, it's more about the other accessories than it is the hookah itself. A small MYA will smoke great and save you a ton.

Yup.... get a Km

but also the QT is great to, that was my first hookah and it works really well.

also check out the acrylic mya, its only a little more and it smoke really well to.

Id say to get a QT i have one and it smokes great. yes get a small phunnel bowl as well. But the QT is a perfect college hookah and it is easy to take from place to place and it is for the most part tip over safe unless the hoses get tripped over. Id go with the QT for sure.... actually i did i guess. lol ihave an MZ as well but it is large and a pain to take places. just my .02

Thank you for helping me. I ended up getting the bambino. I felt he would like the engraving on it. I gave it to him today and he loved it!!!! I have one question. I realize that the phunnel is suppose to replace the enclosed tobacco holder with the screen, yet I we are unsure how to use it. If you could advice on that I would really appreciate! He can't wait to light it up!

i would get a QT to start with, then upgrade to a KM
