colinrgodsey
Idk if anyone else has this problem, but i think hookah gives me hickups sometimes. And trying to smoke a hookah with the hickups causes much suffication. Does anyone else get hickups from hookah? or atleast some good advice on getting rid of hickups would be appreciated
AKammenzind
Hrm, I've never had that. Hiccups can be cured by holding your nose, having someone pull on your ears, and downing a can of pop in a couple seconds. Dunno how it works, but it does. If you do it right you should let out a huge burp right afterwards and have a crazy feeling in your throat/chest for a minute. You might be getting hiccups from 'eating' the smoke. If you take it down the wrong tube I could see something like that happening.

Ive never got the hiccups while hookahing.

SmokinMoose
Place a paper towel over a glass of water and drink thru the paper towel. I guarantee your hick ups will disappear.

SmokinMoose
No what it does it slows down the water. So you get more air or something like that. Zyram
I get the hiccups on occasion while smoking hookah. I don't know what causes it, usually I just take a big drink or another big pull on the hookah and they go away =)-Z

Zinite
Hiccups could be caused by heartburn... and smoking does cause heartburn. I have to take an acid reducer pill before every smoke session.
ashes87
Try drinking a glass of water upside down. Sounds weird I know but it has always worked for me, and it was one of those old tricks my grandpa told me about.
