kalpesh.k.patel
Hi there, my roomates and I just got into the hookah thing a few mths ago... and looking to find more info on it. A friend of ours got our hookah for us, not sure brand or type, and we use AL Fakher shisha, and use coals called 3 Kings... here are a few problems we are having1) after a while (say 15 20 mins) the smoke starts feelign ashy and chalky 2) after the same period the flavour seems to go away3) after about 30mins and our second coal, you can start to taste the evaporation water not sure what we are doing, but looking to figure it out! lol also any websites where sheesha, coals, and hookahs for sale a good price would be appreciated... right now we are paying $16 fot the sheesha, and $3.50 for the large coals, we go through about 3, 250g tubs a week... thanks cool forum so far
modisess
check how you are packing your bowl, make sure you don't underpack it, or over pack for that matter.use smaller holes on your foil (if you are using one), as the quicklites coals ash a TON.check out the vendor area, and look around a bit.. see what you like.also, what bowl are you using? and how many coals do you have on the bowl at a time? inino
pack your bowl with more tobacco, that will get rid of the ashy chalky no flavor problem. not too tight though. just make sure its all filled in around the sides. as far as evaporated water hmmmm maybe water line is too high? how many inches are you above the bottom of the stem?
