mattarios2
eh my bud has one, they are ok I guess, clouds in my experiences at least sucked. Maybe there is a special way to set everything up because of its size and dimensions. But if you need that kinda portability it can't be beat. Bulldog_916
I wouldnt personally buy it, even for the portability. For that I would get a Hobohookah or a Witch. When you add the charcoal just cover the sides of it or cover the whole thing over with foil with holes in it.

Stuie
If you need a travel hookah for your car that's the one. Plus H-S has them on sale now for $20 off. I am thinking about getting one when I make my I-35 blazes.
Hippo_Master
No, don't buy it. Nobody needs to smoke hookah in their car. A bambino is just as portable and smokes 100x better and is 1000x more durable, and doesn't have plastic stem pieces.

Doubon
In my opinion, the hobo is better. It's forty dollars cheaper and it workswell as a road hookah and a regular hookah, depending on the bottle you use. Canon
thing about the hobo hookah is that the coal is never 100% secure, if you drop the hobo hookah you are likely to burn soemthing, with the leila you can drop it leave it for however long and it will not burn anything (the top does get hot enough to burn your hand though) but you still can unscrew it. almost any hookah will perform better then the leila in normal smoking, but if you are going to smoke in your car then the leila is the safest and easiest hookah to use.edit: just saw the picture above and realized the leila is also much shorter then the hobo hookah with that bottle, meaning if you need to switch gears (which i had in my car) then you wont burn yourself with the leila. Doubon
That foil thingy hasn't failed me yet, but I see your point. Better to play it on the safe side and not smoke at all while driving, BIG distraction, at least in my case.
DJ_HOSSEIX
smoking while driving, imo, is enjoyable period. Especially here in california, sometimes i am stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and wish i could have some hookah to smoke or when im taking 6-7 hr trips to north california it would make the trip much more enjoyable if i had a hookah with me and thats where the leila kicks in. If you want it as your everyday hookah, dont get it. But if you want it specifically for your car then you cannot go wrong with it. There is also 2 video reviews of it if you want to check it out on youtube. The pros of the leila as stated above by canon is that you do not have to worry about accidental damage done to you or your car by the coal
Canon
as an added note, do not try to repack the bowl while driving down the highway, either do it in heavy traffic when you are stopped or pull over and do it. it makes everything easier. same thing with the coal. Bulldog_916
My opinion is, if you're on that long of a drive, you're bound to see something scenic on the way. You need a break from the drive anyway. Just get out of the car and smoke outside. Or pull over and smoke in the car if the weather isnt co-operating. I know that I felt like smoking on my way down to Bishop (roughly 5 hour drive 2 ways), but the weather was fantastic and I would have pulled over to smoke. It just doesnt make any sense to me to smoke in the car while you're driving. Distractions in this day and age can be deadly, just remember to keep your focus on the road and if you're going to smoke, pull over and do the preparation. Bulldog_916
Would I pull over if I was driving to see my fiance or wife after not seeing her a few months? Yea, I probably would. I'd rather be in the correct state of mind driving anywhere so that when I get there, I'm in one piece. Getting tired, etc, forces you to take a rest, and that's why there are rest stops. You can bust the hookah out at a rest stop or somewhere that you are resting. After hearing so many stories about parts of the Leila wearing out or breaking, I'd think it better to just get a witch or hobo and retrofit it with the necessary items to protect the interior of the car from coal droppage. DJ_HOSSEIX
To each their own. If you want to smoke in the car the leila is the way to go. Those who have had issues with it is usually because they place 1 full brick of coal or 2 cocos not taking into consideration that all you need to smoke with the leila is half a easy lite.I dont know if its state thing but police in california dont care about smoking hookahs as long as its not making the driver swerve left and right and drive like a mad man.I say if you do a lot of driving, or work somewhere in that when your on your way home you are in constant traffic then buy the leila
