Yamin
Hey guys just bought a "small" funnel from mnh and I'm beginning to think its not so small? Should a small funnel need 4 chron hookah coals to smoke well? I hear of most people using two or three but never four for a small funnel. I smoke al fakher and no I am not a novice. In addition, the bowl seemed kind of big but I thought I was just being naive. Is there any way to know if I have a small funnel or a bigger size one? modisess
your bowl is exactly the same height and diameter of my medium phunnel.. im not sure why you would need 4 ch coals with that bowl to get it working, maybe it's just the coals?shoot, this is too bad because i also ordered a small phunnel from mnh. Yamin
God damn it.... now I have to go through the whole process of talking to mnh about it I guess...... I hate my life. I knew this was too big
rigor
I'd still see abut getting a small, but honestly, the difference isn't huge anyway.
Canon
its enough to where if you smoke often then youll end up losing alot of shisha
modisess
best way to avoid this is to ask for the dimensions of the bowl before buying.. which i should have done i think..
Canon
he meant to buy the small bowl but got sent the medium instead
zachslusser
does MNH even carry the actual small because i remember there being talk a while back that some places were calling the different bowls by different names. Like a few places had smalls and were calling them small and their mediums mediums but the other places didnt have smalls so they were calling mediums smalls and larges mediums. Yamin
I'd assume a website that officially carries a mod for the bowls would at least have their sizes down lol. So I doubt that is the case. And yes I ordered a small and ended up with this. The dimensions shouldn't matter, a small should be a small. I don't want to be using so many coals and so much shisha when I smoke. Hence why I wanted the small lol

Victim026
I wouldn't say 4 coals is all that odd, on my medium(which I'm pretty sure you have) it takes 4-5 coco's to get it going good.
vin13
My typical session will have 3-4 coconaras on the top of a small or medium phunnel. We actually just had our first smoke with a jet bowl from mnh and the 4 cocos performed wonderfully, if not a bit over the edge
Yamin
I understand but 4 or more to get good smoke on a small? Is that reasonable? haha
ryno
What type of shisha is it? Also, to cut down on coals, try a windcover when starting the bowl. I know the phunnels vary alot, because my old small was a lot bigger than one I've bought more recently
