There have been other HH hookahs discussed before. I imagine that could work, though getting a piece of coal on it would be difficult.

probably good for smoking tombeik (tombak?), coals directly on the tobacco? and probably under packing it a bit so that the coals get supported by the bowl as well?

looks like it would be a pain to clean. its a nice idea though, but i dont think i would go smaller than a qt or a bambino.

I'm pretty sure you can smoke Shisha out of it, but I would not.

but mine is all brass, but same design -- at least something like that has something more than 1/8" length downstem.

I smoked out of it once, had to use like 1/4 a QL on it. It ran really hot because there wasn't much water to cool the smoke, and the whole thing got warm in the hand.

I use mine as a decoration piece from this point forward.

I'm sure it'd work, but would not be comparable with a full-sized hookah. I have a very small one, and made one just a touch bigger than that, and it just has too little water to cool the smoke for very long.

Am I the only one with the impression that any attempt to smoke hookah baccy out of this would scorch one's face?
Still, for that price I would get one just for decoration.

I've got 3 of varying sizes. They are fun to smoke for the first couple times, after that I always reach for my bigger/better hookahs.

and the smoke has got to be pretty hot..no place for it to cool off...like a large vase or long hose.

I really couldn't... I've smoked out of my little thing that's pretty similar. When I smoke shisha it tastes the same, just warm smoke after a couple minutes. I tried it for pipe tobacco instead (was just a pain to balance coals), and it just tasted like pipe tobacco, only a bit off or stale or something because of going through the water.

It's fun to bring out every once in a while to get some laughs, but nothing more. It's yours for a fiver, haha

I was lucky enough to get some decent clouds the first couple of puffs, but after that, barely anything (as you see in the picture). Taste didn't last long, it was just warm air, but yes, good for giggles.

Besides, I didn't mention that they all three didn't have downstems on them, they were broken off. But a common bendy straw cut down to size fixed that problem!

i actually got really good clouds off my old one, although i also made the bowl so it would fit more shisha and the sessions lasted for a while.
