Question About Chip In Bowl

Recommended Posts

I just got my order from MNhookah and my tangiers phunnel bowl has a chip in the center ring / "phunnel" part of the bowl. Should I let it go or say something about it? I don't want to bitch about it and I realize they're handmade but I feel like "being handmade" isn't a good excuse for the chip.

Thanks

shouldnt have a chip - ask if theyll trade and reship etc. they should as you wouldnt go into a store and buy a chipped bowl.
