popcornkid06
I just got my order from MNhookah and my tangiers phunnel bowl has a chip in the center ring / "phunnel" part of the bowl. Should I let it go or say something about it? I don't want to bitch about it and I realize they're handmade but I feel like "being handmade" isn't a good excuse for the chip. Thanks
erufiku
I don't think Tangiers would ship out a defective bowl... Contact MNH, they should sort this out for you.
Giant Ninja Robot
shouldnt have a chip - ask if theyll trade and reship etc. they should as you wouldnt go into a store and buy a chipped bowl.
Stuie
I would ask for a swap. But it shouldn't effect the smoke if you decide not to.

Zinite
Mine has a chip/not finished piece in the center ring too. Doesn't change how it smokes
inino
ehh, if its big enough to affect the smoke i would get it traded, but if its something very minor i would just let it go, save the hassle.
