inino
kinda random question, but whats the difference between hookahs with 4 holes or 2 holes. im talking about the smoke ports that lead the smoke from the base out to the hose and purge valve. some hookahs have 2 for the hose and 2 for the purge valve, and some have 1 for each. ive noticed that the ones with 4 holes are much smaller than the ones with 2. why is this? gaia.plateau
It's just the craftsman's preference... I've never noticed any difference between the two styles.Oh, and if she screams, struggles, and/or bleeds, that's the right hole.

The differences should be small enough to omit.If you can't find the right hole, just start pokin' around till you hit the sweet spot. You can potentially be entering foreign territory but if you go in with conviction, then you can come out a champ.-QM Edited December 6, 2008 by QuiltedMaple
AKammenzind
I think you're referring to the difference between standard hookahs, and those with a common chamber (the 4-holes)If this is the case I'll say that the ones with common chambers generally don't purge as well as the normal... that's really the only difference. Unless it's made out of low-quality stainless that begins to rust a little, then with a common chamber you might have a structural problem after some years... but I doubt it. Don't worry about it anyways, purging is overrated IMO.
