Tecnorobo
I don't know why, but I am so addicted to this flavor. It is delicious. It is smooth. I don't care about the lesser smoke density. I know you guys only see me from time to time. I figured it was extremely important that I stop by and mention the deliciousness of nakhla double apple.Add a couple of tangiers kashmir flavors... and well, you're set for life. Balthazar
I recently re-discovered Nakhla, and their Double Apple just might be my favorite shisha. I stayed away from Nakhla for a long time, almost as much as a year and a half. Not because I disliked the brand, I've always liked Nakhla, but since it was the only brand available in Norway it felt somewhat boring after a while. But after trying a lot of other brands and flavors I realized that Nakhla was as widely available as it is for a reason. I hated starbuzz, disliked fantasia, and laylina, fumari, fusion etc all felt sub-par. Al Fakher has a couple of flavors I like. But the time I spent discovering new brands was kind of a disappointment. Tangiers is probably the exception. My next order will probably consist of only Nakhla and Tangiers, a couple of kilos of each. What I really love about Nakhla is the consistency. Never had a problem with. It might not give the massive clouds come brands can deliver (although you will get a good amount if you know your heat management), but it has fantastic flavors, a good buzz, and lasts for several hours. Giant Ninja Robot
2 ROBOTS DELARE THAT NAKHLA DA IS THE BEEESSSTTT!!!!!!Nice to see you again techno, and yeah Nakhla DA really is my favorite flavor, and I get it locally for only 5 bucks, score!Everyone should give nakhla's good flavors a try. I tried Lemon and was horrified and slightly sickened and by chance bought some DA the other week and fell immediately in love.Do it!
erufiku
Haha, a Nakhla fad, who would have thought... then again I'm with Balthazar, giving AF one last try, otherwise Nakhla + Tangiers ftw. Was really disappointed w/Starbuzz by the way. If I wanted thunderclouds I could always add half a teaspoon of glycerin to Nakhla.Ah, the silky double apple smoke... Canada Post hurry up Fun fact: Nakhla is the only shisha legally available in Quebec. It's 10$+tax/50g or 40-45$+tax/250g Tax is 14.5% I think... thehelios
I go to this pizza place every now and then with friends and the owner lets us use his hookah all the time but all he had was Nakhla apple and with previous experience has caused me to hate the stuff. But just like alcohol, I guess over time it has won me over since I finally got past the whole licorice flavor and now can taste the apple and wow, it is good.Nakhla FTW! Stuie
I am loving seeing the Nakhla reemergence.I have been smoking Nakhla for years. For a while I though JD and I were the only ones that even smoked it.
Doubon
I just haven't warmed up to DA as much as you guys have. Melon is my favorite Nakhla smoke right now.

Stuie
Margarita, Chocomint, Orange, Cherry, Banana, Mint are my Nakhla Staples. Havent' tried them all, I keep getting stuck on those, and don't branch out a whole lot but I am working on it. Cinnamon is on the way!

Balthazar
Agreed, their strawberry is probably the best strawberry I've had. How's the banana? I have yet to find a banana flavor I like.
Giant Ninja Robot
Stuie the cinnamon's good, it's a really nice balance between a "hot" cinnamon flavor and a really nice sweet baking cinnamon. Has an interesting throatfeel kinda parallel to a mint but not the same.
zeppyrkr
ive always kinda stayed away from it, you know the whole idea of you get what you pay for, so i kinda always figured it was dirt cheap cause it wasn''t as good? i'll have to add a few to my next order although i freaking love tangiers but a cheaper smoke would be nice sometimes. roux58
Just getting ready to smoke some Mizo Grape. As a word of caution stay away from the Earl Grey....all I could taste for 2 days
srawas89
Ha man I love Nakhla DA but thats the Lebanese in me talking simply because that pretty much all they smoke there. Now I am trying to find Mizo locally and some other flavors of nakhla. Anyway glad to hear that you love DA. Oh and erufiku when you add the glycerin is that to each bowl or to the whole 250g pack? Giant Ninja Robot
I was wondering the same thing about the glycerine, I'm assuming the measurement is per bowl? If so how many grams in each bowl that you add the 1/2 teaspoon to?
Sordino
Nakhla double apple was the first shisha I smoked and is still a favorite to this day after a couple years. You really cannot go wrong with it.
Tecnorobo
The first time I smoke DA, I kind of thought it tasted like root beer and wasn't too impressed.Dunno why that was the case. But now...Well now, it just tastes delicious. Capt. Morgan
Only DA I;ve had has been AF. Not bad just not my think. Would prefer the apple to be more dominant over the licorice taste.

Nakhla DA is much more balanced, with the anise serving as a bold finisher to a wonderful apple flavor. I am so glad that I gave Nakhla DA a try; I almost didn't because of my experience with AF DA. Go for it; you won't be disappointed.

erufiku
srawas & gnr: I had a batch of super-dry DA so I mixed in honey and glycerin 1:1, about half a teaspoon each for a 30-40g bowl. If you're DA is a bit juicy, I'd guess 1/4 tsp. each would be enough. Also watch out with the honey. The dark buckwheat variety... well, let's just say that it adds an interesting taste
Giant Ninja Robot
Thanks Erufiku! Assuming that glycerine is cheap I'll pick some up soon to test it out. I have a dry batch of cinnamon so I have something to experiment with.
