newjacksm
I think its ready to smoke, although the weather has been horrible (snowy conditions) I think it should be alright to smoke now. The Static Starlight has a weird after smell doesnt have a full nice smell but I still want to smoke it. The Tropic Revenge smells delicious I want to eat the thing how ever I smoked it after a full day acclimation and the smoke was hot and a little tingly. I think I may have put too much coal on there which leads to my question. How big of an exotica should I put on? I had 2 1/4 exoticas on there when I first smoked it and the smoke was hot and a bit rough at times. So I cut the 1/4's in half and put those on and then broke the other halves into little iddy bitty pieces and that fixed it a bit.
hookah hippie
Tangiers requires very little heat I use 3 cocos on a small phunnel so I would say about somewhere between a 1/4 and a 1/2 stick of exoticas and break it in
GreatPigHookah
I use half a stick, cut into 2 peices, of exotica, opposite sides of the bowl. I usually use a windscreen to get it going and to regulate the heat. Edited December 8, 2008 by GreatPigHookah

erufiku
Wouldn't acclimating it for so long make it dry?I've some problems with Orange Soda, acclimated for about 18 hours but I'm thinking it needs more :/
Bulldog_916
Acclimate for 24-36 hours MAXIMUM. After that, if it isnt ready to smoke you need to put it away until the weather forecast is consistent for a few days. Acclimating for three to four days is just insane. Foil and smoke after 24 hours. Use little heat and you'll be okay.
