Any Recipes?

a few weeks ago I had chicken breasts marinating in the fridge for 2 days... Jack Daniels Barbeque Sauce, the brown sugar one....added brown sugar to marinade...slow cooked in oven for 2hrs at around 195, then bumped up to 300 until finished.

One I this past Valentine's Day:
In a crock-pot, mix : pineapple juice from canned pineapples, some pineapple slices, diced up mango, diced up apricots, peppers of your choice(small amount), mix chicken in, then few shots of grain alcohol to bring out flavor, some sugar, and some butter and leave on medium for 6-7hrs.
Boil some mango slices in water, remove slices, cook rice in that water and add some fresh mango if desired. Serve with some salt.
Finish off the meal with smoothies composed of above fruit(not the used...fresh stuff)

You are probably looking for something a little more deluxe than what i just had but i will tell you anyways for future reference if you have very little time to cook. I just got finished eating some Macaroni and cheese with caned diced green chiles' in it. It was surprisingly good, and Im not really a fan of Mac and cheese but if you manage to spice it up just right Its not half bad for an inbetween meal.

Make spaghetti but instead using sauce out of a jar, make it from scratch.

Use a pound hamburger meat and while your browning it, throw some chopped onions in there and they will grill as the meat browns. Season with chili powder, oregano, and comino to flavor. If you use a pound of meat, use 2 small cans of tomato sauce and then rinse them out with water and add that to the mix. Let it simmer about 10-15 mins, or however long you want for the seasonings to cook in. This amount of sauce will feed 5 or more.

This is just my basic recipe for my spaghetti sauce, and can be easily adapted around dietary requirements, religious beliefs, and the amount of people that will be eating. Oh and everyone loves my spaghetti sauce.

Cut some strips of chicken breast and cook with a little salt a pepper to taste. When fully cooked, add italian salad dressing to it. Cook some frozen veggies with garlic salt and pepper. Have it all on one plate and add some rice as well. Quick and easy Italian chicken and rice with veggies!

If you have a crockpot, this is one of my fave recipes:

Add potatoes, eggplant, whatever veggies you want and it's great. This recipe has fed me most of this term, and I recommend mixing the ras al hanout yourself--add it to a hummus bi tahini recipe instead of the cumin and people will forever rave about your hummus, trust me on this one.

Here's a different pasta.

Cook penne.

In lots of olive oil add garlic, bell peppers and mushrooms. saute briefly. Add in the penne, lemon juice, more garlic, shrimp and parmesan. Add some red pepper flakes if you like it hotter.

Done in about 20 minutes and tastes great.

any kind of steak, marinade and half soy sauce or balsamic vinegar, pick the one you didnt use, add a quarter of that, finish it off with a quarter red or white wine, red for deep flavor, white or champagne for sweet. either marinade over night or brush it on while cooking, wash it down with a tall cool bud-weiser
