Km+ Large Phunnel

for anyone who has this setup or similar, what do you use as a windcover? i want to buy a windcover but i want to make sure it will fit. my KM is a pharonie if that makes any difference. any suggestions are appreciated.

best bet would be to get the extra long windcover that either hookajohn or hookahcompany have. Even with that you still might have to use the tongs method. Where you would lay a set of tongs across the tray and set the cover over those. I also saw some use a starbuzz tin. they cut a hole and laid the tray on top of that.

only thing that really works is the Fez Cap Windcover

It rests on the phunnel not the coal tray

so stuie the fez fits over the phunnel or is it just the right size to sit on top of it? i have the same issue with my km and phunnel

Because of the way it tapers out it fits on any bowl, including all sizes of phunnels. If you look around you can find a version of it that even comes with a small rubber handle which makes it a lot easier to move around.

You can also make your own windcover with several layers of foil, it works really well!
