Ok i made all that up but its true, as much as the rules are stickied there is something about the internet that makes people feel that there are no rules. and again im not tryin to bash anyone but it happens all over the internet. I even get that mentality sometimes. But as for slowing down the infractions, im not sure whats best, but that automatic redirect the first 10 times you login sounds pretty good. As I was walking out with the shisha, he said that where he's from, they don't smoke tobacco out of it. Every night after dinner his family would gather around the hookah and smoke an illegal (here) substance. That was the first time I had even considered that shisha wasn't the original substance smoked out of a hookah.But yeah... as long as hookahs are sold in head shops that sell other types of paraphernalia, there will always be a negative stigma attached to it.
