You shouldnt get shafted cause someone doesn't know how to use a tape measure. At the same time, its a nice pipe, and I dont think you will be that disappointed when you have it in hand! sss8789 Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 almost everything I order from them comes different than what they said, my "32"" mz is a little smaller than my 29" syrian, the two orders I placed with them I asked for the prickly pear but I got guava, and I wanted to try the hookah foil but they gave me a bag of goodies (mouth tips, ect.) and didn't even tell me they switched something I payed for. I look back on the page to show someone what I got, and the description changed, no more hookah bag. I called and complained. They sent me one in the mail and apologized and said that "I probably read it wrong, and thought it came with my order, so its really coming out of their pocket". How could I have read it wrong when I had a screen shot of it? Hm? Although a difference of an inch or so is pretty understandable, seeing as bowls/bases/stems all vary a bit. I know you want to get what you pay for, but if you want a 40" hookah just order an Exotica from gothookahs. I guess I'm just not into having everything anally right every time. A difference of a few inches wouldnt make me feel like I was getting shafted, so to speak. Maybe the 36 would smoke better than the 39 anyway?
