Can i upgrade that as well? When you "upgrade" a base, it's basically just to fit your preference. Bases don''t make it perform any better though. Youc an change the abses out as long as the opening diamter on the base is the same as the base you have now. I am trying to learn more about Hookahs themselfs, I am pretty happy with how my hookah tasetes and smokes!Your base looks pretty standard sized, and a KM base looks like it would fit, seeing as how the base looks to be about 12 inches of the hookah's height (why the hookah looked so small to me at first). Bases are aplenty, all over the internet, look for ones labeled "Khalil mamoon".OR, you can get a better vase, a bohemian style or the likes, that is thicker than the KM base, from HookahCompany, or one of the bases from Saharasmoke.com are 2" i believe, and there is quite the variety over there, but they are generally 30-40 bucks. djprotege
Also what you guy recommend in Shisha and Charcoal. Ive been using the three kings, i just recently ordered the Exotica charcoal, and Ive always used Al fakhir. I use foil and sometimes the metal screen, matters how lazy i am that day, is there a difference between the 2? mushrat
I agree..it looks like a brass core chromed stem. I'd just enjoy it as it is without messing with a second hose. Pass the hose and enjoy the company..

cb1021
it's typical Egyptian style. the stem is quite short, same height as vase.there are a lot of good shishas out there that are hand made and have no brand. shisha is very cheap in egypt and avaliable like how bubble gum is available in USA.
