OMG I AM GEEKING OUT SO HARD RIGHT NOW!

First off, it looks to be done really well, without some of the kitchiness that was a part of the x-men movies (the second of which I thought was the best, partly due to Hugh Jackman's larger role).

Freakin Liev Schrieber plays Sabertooth. Jackman looks bulked up as all hell, and supposedly Schrieber gained 40lb of muscle for the role. Ryan Reynolds plays Deadpool, who has long been a favorite of mine, and if you've seen Blade Trinity you know he can play a muscled out fast talking super.

GAMBIT IS HERE!!! And it looks like he's done right. Played by the Taylor kid from Friday Night Lights so I guess we'll see if it's done right....

Also the Blob, John Wraith, Maverick/Agent Zero, Silver Fox, and a crapload of other weapon X characters are included.

I'm really happy to see Marvel back on track with Iron Man, the Hulk, and now this (we'll forget they released a new Punisher movie).

Just one of many Marvel movies that should kick absolute ass in the next few years.

Still waiting on Nick Fury, Captain America, Magneto, Thor, Ant Man, The Avengers, and more that I'm forgetting I'm sure.

Thought? More geeky rants?

SNIKT!!!

Yeaaah with the exception of a couple scenes (wolvie/juggernaut fight in the house anyone?) X3 wasn't really my cup of tea. I was so excited about beast and when he finally faught it looked like REALLY bad wire work from the 80s....

Seriously though what about the scenes they show with Gambit and Sabertooth?

Looks like they got Gambit's kinetic energy powers down right. Love that he has his staff and the part where he uses it to slam into the ground and discharge an explosion is SO badass.

And the scene at the end with Wolvie and Sabertooth is priceless."Do you even know how to kill me?", "I'm gonna cut your head off, see if that works."

The fact they they'll be going into his time in the Civil War and WWII looks sweet.

Voski......isnt that the point?

(and I disagree)

Hippo - Yeaaah Dr. Strange has been in preproduction since 1986...I was one...Although most recently Guillermo Del Toro was rumored to be directing and aproaching Neil Gaiman to write the script, it's been pushed back to 2012.

Youthy - Magneto is still a work in prog but as long as the Wolvie movie goes well it should happen.

Cop - I'm in.

Yeah...when I saw the preview for that movie in "The Day the Earth Stood Still", I was really excited.

...Almost the high point of that whole movie. wink.gif Not really but it looks freaking great! Can't wait. I was almost as excited about that as I was when I saw the Watchmen trailer (If they mess that up...I'll cry).

I can't WAIT for next years movies...Watchmen and Wolverine could match up pretty damn well with Dark Knight and Iron Man.
