Shisha Always Burns At The Top Before The Bottom

Recommended Posts

how are you using your coals always split them and put them to the edge of the bowl opposite sides. my shisha always touches the top of the foil and i never get a burnt taste. oh and less coal may help if you already do this.

burnt taste/burning of tobacco badly in general is heat related issue. Simply slow down your smoking. its the same principle as cigars. the more you puff, the hotter the ember is going to get, the faster its going to burn/taste bad. you dont gotta be puffing all the time! its a relaxing hobby, not a competition to see who can smoke the fastest!

Touching the foil has nothing to to with it. Burned flavor is usually a result of to much heat
Or a bowl that is packed to tight.

I beg to differ. Every time my bowl gets harsh, I pull the foil off and detatch the little charred pieces that are stuck to the foil. With good mo'assel, I have NEVER had a harshness problem that did not involve the tobacco touching the foil.
