Average for US tobaccos is 3%, give or take, higher in dry years, lower in rainy years. Other brands come in two distinct groups, the .5% and the .05%, one ostensibly being washed (.05%) and the other being natural. Tangiers is .3% but pretty universally has a stronger buzz than anything with a .5% nicotine. Those numbers could be wrong. Tobacco grown in other countries frequently has less nicotine because the soil is less fertilized, so I can;t explain it. The question remains...what do you like?

personally, I like the spice of other cigarrette additives.  what about cyanide?  you should incorporate that into your batches, Mr. Cancer Merchant

Good news, Ben, our agent on the East Coast has the paperwork on you now. Apparently "Cause of death" is listed as Drano jokes. I am not a cancer merchant, I am a merchant of death, get it right! In fact I am the assistant head agent for administrative tracking of reclamation for North American Casulty and Death. Mr. Death himself works in the head office! Only his name is Brian and he has a small sense of humor and a dour dedication to the company. His wife makes a casserole to die for, well not literally. I hope nobody from the company saw that...they hate jokes at the company's expense.
