yashman19
A lot of people don't like using the metal bowls, because of their ability to conduct too much heat making for a harsh session... They tend to get the ma'assel too hot, so they're not really worth it. Ceramic/clay tend to be the best. Also, yes. A lot of poeple use ziplock baggies to store ma'assel. Anything that keeps the air out works the best. I personally use the plastic tubs that most of my ma'assel come with, but for other brands such as nahkla, I do use ziplock bags. JByer323
I burned myself once real good on a metal bowl, and realized that if it did that to me, what was it doing to the poor ma'assel?I use ziplock bags some, just make sure you've got them sealed well. Brad
I store all of my ma'assel in Ziplock (or Gladware) plastic containers. They snap shut and seem to be relatively airtight.
aronparsons
I alternate between a ceramic bowl and a metal bowl. The metal one is nice for short sessions due to it's small size. I've never had a scorching issue, you just have to cut back on the heat (one 3 Kings does the trick). For ma'assel that comes in tubs I use those, baggies for those that come in a box. No reason to ruin good Gladware, right?
HookahLion
I used a metal bowl once and i'll never do it again.
smokinshisha4life
Ive never used A metal bowl, only ceramic, clay and glass. I picked up some store brand gladware for very cheap that i use to store my shisha, I dont really like using bags because they get very sticky and its so much easier to use the gladware. To each there own I guess.
Sonthert
No. I used metal heads for while, they use up too much charcoal, since they have a crappy specific heat capacity.Bonus Question: YesWhat do I win?
