First Time User.

Hey everyone!

I set up my hookah properly and im smoking it right now!!! i dont taste any harshness! its great, its my first time setting up a hookah, and its the 3rd time ive smoked hookah, other 2 were at a lounge. There is a slight taste...im not sure what its from, i think it might be from the charcoal. It was the promotional one that came with the hookah. Akhla charcoal? its not too bad, i got my self some other Golden coal QLs.

Im happy i have my hookah, but i wasnt satisfied with what i had to go through and what ive experienced to get my hookah.

I placed my order on the december 29th from saharasmoke.com monday morning. So i expected them to ship it that day, it was supposed to take 1-5 business days. After i placed the order, i found out they shipped it on the 31st, i called saharasmoke and asked when it was supposed to arrive, and they said either saturday or monday. So saturday comes, and i called FeDex. They told me that the package was supposed to reach a certain destination on friday to be able to be delivered on saturday, well i found out that it didnt get to that destination. So they said it should come on the 6th. So the 6th arrives, and i call fedex in the morning...Guess what they told me...The shipper mispelled the address from Walch place to Watch place and the driver couldnt find the address. OMFG, i got so pissed of. I was really excited for my hookah to come in, but i didnt. So the customer service rep said that he'll put in that correction of address, and it should be delivered on the 7th(today) and he sed he requested the driver to make my package his first delivery. So i call fedex this morning and ask what the status of the package is, i find out that the "correction of address" takes 24-48 hours for the driver to recieve the message.... I was like fuck it, im goin to fedex today, and im picking up my hookah! So i drive 25 minutes to the fedex terminal, and i get my package....YES! finally i have it. Just as i thought things couldnt possibly get worse...guess what happens.... MY PACKAGE DIDNT COME WITH ANY HOSES!!!!!! Luckily my friend has a hookah that he doesnt use, and he let me use his hose until i get mine. The woman i spoke to from saharasmoke said that since the shipping was screwed up, shes going to send me some free shisha, so im like alright. Then i told her about my hose situation, she said that she'll talk to the manager and see what he can do about the situation. Im hoping they can at least reimburse my payment for shipping. But we'll see. Oh another thing, my package was supposed to come with a bowl and hose grommets, but it didnt come with it...Some one from the forum was real smart and mentioned to me that i should get extra ones just incase they wear out or whatever. So THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME! sorry i forgot your name =/ But yea thats my story, sorry that its kinda long...I just felt that i should share my experience. Thanks for reading

That totally sucks, dude I feel for you. Contact them and let them know, they should send you what you are owed. This is the first time I have heard about bad shipping like that from SaharaSmoke.com. Of course I have had a few tiny screwups in my orders from time to time. They usually send you Hookah Freak for an apology, it's okay but not great, so enjoy.

That sux. I feel your pain. I recently ordered a Mya QT. I finally received it and the base had a huge crack in it. Hopefully that can fix your order and you can get your hose and more shisha!!!!
