soldier92
I've been reading that sometimes a lot of you guys will acclimate your tobacco no matter what brand it is. Does it really make a big difference? I tend to be very cautious about keeping my shisha in an airtight container as much as possible to retain moisture but am I better off acclimating if it doesn't smell or taste right?I live in Colorado by the way. Averages -20 - 28 degrees at my house, extremely dry air.

fedaykin
i've never had to acclimate any of my tobacco, i guess if you open it up and it doesn't smell right you should
Zinite
Mush and Eric say that all unwashed tobaccos should be acclimated. I'm currently acclimating Nakhla Mizo Grape and DA. I've definitely noticed a stronger smell since I put it out 5 hours ago.

soldier92
Huh, I had no idea that any brands were affected by acclimation, I'll definately give it a try.
Bulldog_916
Nakhla doesnt need acclimation, never has. It doesnt apply to all unwashed shishas in my experience. Only Tangiers and occasionally AF have ever needed acclimation for me.
mattarios2
I agree w/ bulldog, in the exception of Nakhla DA, that can always use acclimating.
