Stuie
A lot of you people know I am search eBay a lot. And I sell a lot (non hookah stuff)http://www.hookahforum.com/?showtopic=20398I am getting freaking sick of all these sellers Blatantly trying to sell tobacco and Lying about it. (These guys are worse than Genuine Hookahs was)Do a search on Nakhla on eBay...90% of the listing say "Tobacco Free". Pretty sure, jezter, JD and myself would have heard of an Herbal Nakhla by now!Al Fakher is another big one, calling it "Molasses". Just do a search and see. *side note on the search I picked up a healthy hose for 99 cents.Jewels... I see a lot of those free samples we all signed up for on there...always Mixed Berries.Just had to vent because it outrages me that these sellers are violating eBay and PayPal policies and giving hookah smokers a bad wrap as liars and possibly putting tobacco in the hands of minors.../rant
Woodsytheowl
Unfortunately, I wouldn't say this issue is specifically limited to hookah items. I see this crap all the time-

kbCorruption
Why exactly are you not allowed to sell/buy tobacco on ebay? Don't you have to be 18+ to have an account?I'm not saying that it is okay to break the rules, I am just wondering why it is that way.

Plus with all the federal regulations surrounding Alcohol and Tobacco, if eBay allowed it, it was cause them to do a ton more work for each person that sells some. drabin
ahh alright now i understand. The big deal is that if people continue to break rules on ebay in relation to hookahs ebay may no longer allow hookahs to be posted.

When I was 17, I had a debit card and thats all i needed. Got a hookah from ebay, a hookah from HS, a bunch of tobacco from HS, basically anything I wanted.I agree though, its a shame that sellers are breaking the rules. Now a version of NHT is banned from ebay for the same reason. Well, basically the same reason. Hope that doesn't happen to the good 'ol hookah.
