Phunnel Bowl Question.

Do you get headaches using the phunnel bowl? I think it had to do with the ingestion of air. Anyone?

no. generally more oxygen goes through the phunnel. but that doesnt mean your clouds will be smaller. usually you only get head aches depending on the tobacco and the coals, not the bowl.

no your clouds depend on the way you load your bowl, the tobacco you use and heat management. You get headaches depending on how much you eat/drink. And the coals you use.

make sure your coals are fully lit. no black on qls, and a glowing flame on naturals

if you are ingesting air while smoking then you are not smoking properly.
smoke is to be inhaled, not ingested.

The coals are probably to blame for the headaches.

Coals are the best bet. The next thing may be a nicotine overdose. Smoke enough hookah in a short amount of time, and it will happen to you. Actually happened to me tonight.

I am using golden canary squares. I never get headaches. I just started getting them while using the phunnel, and I thought it was relating to the big hole in the middle of the bowl.

I made a scalli mod myself, and I did not get a headache last night. Tonight I will try not poking holes in the middle of the bowl.

It was the kind of head ach you get when you have a hole in your hose that you don't know about........you know? Completely not charcoal related.

No i pretty much try to keep track when theres holes in my nose.

Anyway im not sure how you can get a headache from having a big hole in the middle verses having small holes spread out that equal pretty much the same amount of surface area. Just my opinion though.
