Mini Glass Hookah Pipe On Ebay

I just got this little glass hookah pipe in the mail today. It's exactly as the picture shows. It does look a lot like it might be used for drugs, but I won't be using it for that. The hole in the top seems to be just big enough to allow smoke through, but not big enough to allow shisha to fall into it, though I'm sure I could get a little screen or something for it so shisha doesn't fall through. It's one solid piece of glass, with a glass stem going down the middle. I haven't attempted to smoke it yet, but it looks really frikkin cool. It might be for smoking tobacco more than shisha, but it's still cool!

Someone had MNH make custom rubber/glass tipped hoses with a custom fit glass bowl for one of those. Might want to look into it if it turns out to a bitch to set up.

Update: While cleaning it, the bowl and stem slid out of the glass base.. which was cool, but now I'm really concerned that this sucker is for (deleted).. lol.

A hose can be squeezed onto the glass mouth piece, though this is a carry-only item. No way this little guy can not get knocked over. It's a very pretty, intricate piece of artwork, though.

Yeah, that's exactly what it's for. But on the other hand, if you have a local glass blowing shop, you could have them make you a glass on glass grommet that would fit your hose end. Probably way more trouble and expense than it's worth though. Craigslist it.

Hmm.. filled it to the stem with water, and water came in through the mouth piece. Which means this sucker's a frikkin NH. Meh..

However, I may be able to get some sort of plastic hose to elongate the stem into the base, then it'll work like a hookah.

I hope the mods don't delete this thread. I really did think this was some sort of all-glass hookah.

Actually that one was totally intended as a shisha pipe from the beginning, it was sold as a hookah and had a bowl that was halfway decent, the owner just wanted a phunnel bowl to go with it and it had to be custom blown since it was a "syrian" type bowl.

well, it does look like it could be used as a hookah...Some hookahs do have straw like mouthpieces, I forget what they are called.

I was going to post this in the cool eBay finds thread, but I already got a 7 day ban for posting something else that was VERY similar to this one that I thought was a hookah and didn't want to take the chance. I'm surprised Harding isn't getting a ban for this.

Just so you don't make the same mistake I did, even though it is being sold as a hookah, doesn't mean it is a hookah...people lie and eBay doesn't follow their own rules (mush cleared this up for me, thanks again mush )
