Worldhookah

Just order a new pipe from worldhookah and got shipping confirmation from them. However they do not provide a tracking number to me. So I emailed to ask them 2 times but still no reply. That makes me a little bit worry and I can't call to them directly 'caz I'm not living in the USA. How do I do for this situation?

Ok, a few things. Worldhookah was not directly named. Only their parent company the playground. I've changed that now. Second, even for the Playground, it says you can post iof you are having problems, as this user is. I myself originally jumped until I re-read the exact wording. So I appriciate the reports but this one stays.

I will update them to a full ban after we help this poor person.

I'm not sure about the time-frame that you're working with, but keep in mind they've been closed for the last several hours and won't open up for another 2 or so... some people on this forum freak out when they don't get an immediate response from a vendor, no matter what time of day tongue.gif

Plus I think that yesterday neither Neal nor Holly (the two people who run Worldhookah) were in the shop all day, it looked like they had someone else watching over it.

Off their site you can find a link to a live chat that they monitor whenever the shop is open, that's the best/easiest way to get a hold of them and find a tracking number.

neal, the owner, is now a big boy vendor on another site that will stay unmentioned. I know he spends alot of time in the chat on that site. If you want to reach him this way please pm me and ill tell you the site. Hopefully you get some news from neal soon.

Persoanlly, I'd give it a day, if they dont respond, reverse the charges on your CC AND, if it does show up, refuse delivery, so you arent trying to get something for nothing. Then go to a more relaible dealer.

What do you do in this situation, you call cancel the order then call your credit card company and cancel the payment. This place you ordered from has really shady business practices. There have been lots of people that have gotten the shaft from this place then called about it and been cussed out for questioning this guy. My Advice, do the above then order from either hookahcompany or mnhookah. They both ship internationally, but mnhookah seems to be better about packaging it for customs. Just my advice though.

I wouldn't worry about it. I ordered from him awhile ago, before I realized they were shady. He will eventually get it out to you. What you should be worried about is whether or not he will pack all of the items you wanted in.

I would agree with Mush on this one. In the future though, I would set up a paypal account and try to use it for any online purchases if possible. I know most of the hookah vendors do not accept paypal, but I think I heard a couple say they are planning on trying to in the future. I have been buying stuff off eBay for years now, I have even bought my current car off eBay. I use paypal for all transactions on there. If they don't take paypal, I don't buy from them. The reason I say this is because a couple years ago, I ordered a a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff from someone off there and it never showed up. I filed a dispute and got about 90% of my money back. Sucks that I wouldn't get it all back, but better than nothing. Though if you are able to cancel the credit card payment that may be even better, just giving my 2 cents.

You cant you paypal for tobacco. They will delete both paypal accounts.

its true neal is a big boy vendor for another site. there have been a couple reviews of his buisness and they have all been very positive. personaly i can see why some people dont like him because he is very opiniated. i have heard past stories,but he seems alot nicer than people make him out to be.

to be honest, i just ordered from him, and a large order to be exact. I'll admit that when the package arrived, i did not get everything i had ordered (250g lucid horchata, blue gum ball, ash tray, grommits for my km pharonie) and instead i had gotten the stem, base, a shisha i had ordered, and regular tangiers bubble gum.

BUT. A quick call changed everything that day, and two days later (Today) i recieved a box that contained tangiers lucid horchata, ash tray, grommits, and they even threw in a 50g sample box of fantasia cupid heart or something like that. Anyway he said to give the bubble gum a try, and tell him my opinion. he also said that he was out of blue gumball, but will ship it to me no charge once he gets it in stock (approx. this weekend)

So all in all, i've got everything i was missing, and some extra. Whatever problem there is he'll fix it no problem once your able to get ahold of him. Edited by phantastik

This is what makes him a poor vendor. Not the fact that he follows through with his initial duty as a retailer but the fact that getting the wrong stuff is not an isolated occurrence.

I just got a messege from Bobo, Apparently it came, but without the hose. Another fine transaction from our friends. The thing that bother's me the most, is that bobo said it wasn't that big a deal.

If you folks accept crappy service, then the service is never going to get better. How many time have we seen "they forgot something, but they sent me free stuff so it's ok." Nice to know many of you will overlook crappy service from any company for some free stuff later. We all have a price, but mine is a bit higher than a box of shisha.

i agree. personally i am too busy to even smoke sometimes let alone deal with ordering problems. much rather go with a reliable vendor and be assured that i am getting what i want and not to have to follow tracking numbers order confirmations etc etc.

50g box of shisha doesnt make up for the hassle.

try calling them a bunch of times, if that does not work go to their blog site which has a web cam and neal/holly is always there typing. tell them your situation, over the web cam you might hear neal screaming at holly "WHATS THE FING TRACKING NUMBER", but this is ussualy the only way to get in touch with them unfournatly, and is probaly a main reason why their a banned vendor on this site.

just saw mush's post, so i'm glad you got your order but i 100% agree /w him, free stuff does not fix a pretty big error. i agree once and a while people make mistakes but certain vendors are known for making too many mistakes. Edited by Anxiety
