I just have to say what has been said many times before.  Social
Smoke is awesome!!  My fiancé ordered me a 28" Egyptian for
Valentine's Day.  I got it a week later, but the base had a crack
in it.  I emailed Social that night and a week later a new base
arrived at my door.  Excellent customer service.  As far as
the hookah goes, It smokes better than any hookah I've ever
tried.  The new base doesn't look as cool as the first one did,
but it works great.  I'm gonna get some silver nail polish and add
some cool details to it.  I'll try to get some pics when I'm
done.  Thanks again to Social Smoke!!

I had a similar experience.  My base developed a crack and eventually snapped at the neck (after 2 months).  I had a new base, new grommets and some samples less than a week later.  Great customer service.

sampler packs...[/quote]You could always call and ask.  I got a Starbuzz sample with the shipment mentioned above.  I'm sure if you buy some other ma'assel at the same time, they might throw it in.  Couldn't hurt to ask
