ahadden
How many coals do you use for a normal hookah session? I usually slap on 2 cocos when smoking AF and if i keep them far enough apart it never burns and gives me a ton of smoke. However I just bought some Romman, and I'm finding it needs a little more heat (larger holes on the foil) but still doesn't give as much smoke as AF. Is this normal or am I missing something?Oh and I've had a hookah since September so i feel like i have the hang of water levels and packing and such...althought I still could be doing something wrong. inino
as long as you are getting flavor and smoke and it isnt harsh then what you are doing is fine. i use more heat than that but i use a medium phunnel with natural bulk coals.

JDHarding
That's funny.. on my small Tangiers funnel bowl 2 cocos are never enough. It usually wants 3 or 4.

modisess
if you think that the tobacco needs more heat, try overpacking it a little bit.what bowl are you using? if you have a windcover, use that when you start noticing that your clouds are getting weak.
