JDHarding
I had my first hookah session with a couple friends joining in. Everything seemed to go good. Loaded up a small Mya ceramic with Nakhla double apple, 2 coco naras, then 3 (I decided not to go for 4 'cause it'd be harsh). Nice thick clouds of smoke, everyone was diggin the flavor.Something I noticed during the session was that my friend was not able to take as big of hits as he could a few years back. It seems all of his cigarette smoking had actually damaged his lung capacity. I was taking huge hits, and he was taking tiny ones. Kinda sad, really. So if you like taking big hits on a hookah, stay away from cigarettes and the like. It'll screw up your lungs.
jellywerker
Don't smoke so you can smoke better? It's a funny world, and it is sad about your friend.Sounds like you had a sweet session going on though, how many peeps?

JDHarding
It was just me and 2 friends. Not a big session, but not a disappointing one either.I think the tar in cigarettes and other burned tobacco products causes some damage in lung capacity. I could be wrong, though. MeHT
Smoking and lack of exercise will do that to ya.
