I'm looking for a accesory for my MYA pipe because I can use only syrian bowls and I like to use a egypt style bolw but I can use it only with adapter but I like to use it "directly". I hope it is understandable but I post a pic. what I mean exatly. Matter o fact you can make one your self its a pretty simple design youd have to be a tard to order one like me. Then I sent it to you using the regular mail from here. It will likely be cheaper than having Mya send it to you. I can find out.
