I didn't list many big blockbuster titles for the most part, as most of you have probably heard/seen them by now.

Thought of some more

The Good The Bad And The Ugly - Best western ever made, hands down
The Prestige - Magician movie, the end will make you crap your pants
The Big Lebowski - Probably my favorite comedy
Boondock Saints - Badass, just badass

I would have to say Fistfull of Dollars was better, GBU just gets all the hype from the people who have no background in Western movies; although it was and still is the most well-made Western. The No-Name trilogy has the absolute best score, plot, script and screenplay of course. The best western ever made is arguable, but if I had to choose it would be Once Upon a Time in the West, it's exactly what a western is meant to be. I also do not like John Wayne. smile.gif

My favorite Westerns:
Once Upon a Time In the West
The Magnificent Seven
No-Name Trilogy
The Proposition
Unforgiven
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

Favorite Movies:
The Seven Samurai
Being John Malkovich
Adaptation
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (not as great as the book)
Oldboy
Fearless
Hero
Drunken Master
Tai Chi Master
Enter the Dragon
There Will Be Blood
No Country for Old Men
Gamorra
Waltz With Bashir
Quentin Tarantino (ANYTHING)
Many more... Edited by Hippo_Master

hells yeah, snatch is my favorite, too.

i think a lot of people on here would enjoy Primer. you'll want to watch it several times, i pretty much guarantee it.

Primer is awesome. To catch everything you need to watch it twice ... minimum.

I highly reccomend Kung Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer, think Loony Tunes meets the Matrix meets Kung Fu awesomeness.

Also The Protector and Ong Bok: Thai Warrior are great Muay Thai films.

For pure shlock try out the Lady Streetfighter exploitation martial atrs films - nothing like a dude smuggling diamonds into country by surgically implanting then into the butts of attractive women...

And I can't not mention SHAUN OF THE DEAD WOOOO!!!!!
