joytron
So the center part of the phunnel sticks up to about the same height as the edges so that when i put the foil on the bowl the ring on the center is completely apperent. THe only way i can get it to smoke is by poking a bunch of holes in the center. So should i just over pack all my bowls (which seems kinda counter-productive being a mini and all) or should i just sand down the center.? I know this happened to some of the regular phunnels, any tips on how you dealt with the situation? dont mean to complain still stoked on the mini

modisess
what about the tealight mod? but i'm not sure if it'll be too big for the mini. or you can just ask mnh to make a mini glass mod for you.
Zinite
Take a big tobacco stem out of your shisha and lay it over the hole.

indian_villager
Ouch sorry to hear that yours came out that way. One thing that I have heard of is taking a binding clip. Taking off one of the arms. And sticking it in there. With that poke a hole in the middle as well.

inino
You can be safe sanding it, only thing is that part will be unglazed and turn black after a while. mnh has mini mods, i got one with my mnh mini phunnel so im sure they will work on the mini tangiers. IV's method seems really good too.
Arcane
so, are the minis made that way, with the center part equal in height to the rim, or is the center part usually lower?

joytron
in case anyone has this problem with one of their phunnels, mini or otherwise, i highly suggest using IV's paperclip technique, worked wonders and the bowl i smoked was quite possibly best ever.
