Getting A New Hookah Rotating Any Good?

Recommended Posts

Hello all im new to this forum so let me start by saying hello to everyone.
and to start i have currently 4 hookahs but I'm currently going to discard a couple of them they are very worn and dont hit that good. I was looking at getting a rotating hookah but does any one know if they hit good? i really want a top notch hitting one you can possibly get with out going over $150USD. But the rotating hookah's caught my interest in there cool styling and awesome functionalility. I always smoke with a group of people never bymyself so it should be very convenient but if they dont hit good i rather not get it and sacrifice praticaility.
Thanks

You are going to find that a lot of people here don't like them.

Me personally, 1) They get stuck to much. 2) Tip more than any other hookah than I have used.

Keep this in mind...getting any rotator more than one hose isn't pointless, to hard coordinate rotating with more than one hose attached.

To answer your question about whether or not they "hit" good .. When the lounge near me first opened up they used rotating hookahs and they were pretty good.. keep in mind though this was when they first opened so these hookahs were brand new.. I would imagine that they don't hold up to the test of time very well.

My suggestion would be to look into getting a multiple hose Mya... you can easily set up a platform for the hookah to sit on that rotates, such as a lazy suzan. Or if you're crafty you can make some such device yourself.

Edit: I guess I should also note, the same lounge stopped using rotating hookahs after about 3 months.. I'll let you come to your own conclusion on that one.

rotators are no bueno man, they aren't airtight. you'll be set with a km, mz, or a mya and still have money for shisha and coals.

I saw the mya's there pretty nice but they are rather expensive because i want a minimum of two hoses i know i can get a single hitter and take the valve off and make it a 2 hitter but what the KM's or MZ's? any link i can get provided with?

I would just get a four hoser. Then it doesn't need to rotate, because theres a hose on every side!

Too many hoses... only one person should smoke at once, even with an autoseal....

I have a 3 hose hookah. Get a 1 hose and some patience, or get a Mya and make it a 2 hose autoseal.

At most I do 2 hoses.. 1 hose for company and random passers to smoke.. and 1 for myself and maybe 1 or 2 friends.

I haven't seen a rotator with autoseals..but for christmas I got a 4 hose egyptian rotator behemoth.

Your just as likely to smoke air from the Hoses as from the bowl...not fun.
