Non Tobacco Shisha (indoor Bars)

Recommended Posts

sounds like you are planning on opening a hookah lounge.
if you are then i would recommend hiring a lawyer to get you all the proper laws regarding this topic rather than listen to a bunch of people on a forum.
i know thats what i would do if i was going to open a hookah lounge.

Thanks for the advice. I already own a shisha bar, its an outdoor one on the city waterfront, however i have seen these non tobacco non ncotine molasses and i want to know whether or not these are exempt from british law. Im already in contact with the health secretary in Govt and liasing with business gateway advisors but this is rather lengthy so i have to wait. I am looking for someone who is in the uk..who has knowledge first hand of this matter so i can get a heads up. There are no shisha bars in scotland. I am the premier as far as that is concerned hence why i am asking at this forum.
