Tangiers Phunnel + Tangiers Tobacco

I finally got the whole set up working properly. Tangiers small phunnel, Tangiers Lucid Blue Gumball, diffuser, glass screen, glass scalli mod, 2 coco naras, and a wind cover on top = The smoke of the gods. This is truly awesome.

I highly recommend it.

And I still haven't figured out how to use the diffuser, so I took it off..

Now it's back to smoking good.


I didn't think I'd get such a buzz from Lucid Tangiers, but wow.. I'm tingly all over.

you put the diffuser on your stem and then put the stem in the water....there really isnt anything to using a diffuser.

Well that's the longest session I've had so far. I think I went 1-1/2 hours that time. The Tangiers was all crispy when I cleaned it out of the bowl. Only a little of the stuff on the very bottom of the funnel was still moist.

Those coco coals lasted a good long while, too. After the one coal had died down, I ashed both coals, and put them both on, and the smoke was nice and tasty.

I should try using the funnel without the mod and see how that goes. But won't the pull just go straight down the center hole and not hit any of the shisha?

Edit: Oh wait.. no, from the time of my first post that was actually over 2 hours of a session. Woooow..

Smoking it without the scalli mod.. this time I put 2 cocos on top, then once it really got going I removed one and put the wind cover on. I also put the diffuser on, but not exactly the same way the directions suggested. The end of the stem is even with the bottom of the rubber grommit thing that the plastic diffuser is connected to, and the water is just over the top of the rubber grommit. So the stem is only 1/2 or so inch inside the water, but the diffuser and rubber grommit is completely submerged. This is a perfect configuration for it.

Using AF Grape this time, too.

Wow.. this is really thick and tasty smoke. And it looks cool watching smoke coming out of the top of the wind cover.

Tastes like a sour, or tangy green grape. Kinda like white grape juice. Very nice.
